Meet Dave
Being able to spend most of every day in Arlington is so wonderful for Dave. A town he believes still has much of the 1950's feel to it. Being connected to the community is what makes Dave feel very fortunate. Whether it's at the Town Clerk's Office or the Building Department he knows them and they know him, it is this community feeling that is so important to him. At the Arlington Town Meetings is another way Dave feels connected and has a chance to give back to the community he loves.

Dave gets that same hello and friendly greeting from past clients. It was never just a transaction to Dave, it was a commitment that started during that time and is continued with them into the future. Whether it be giving advice on a contractor to use, passing on the name of a good oil company, or learning about the birth of a past client's child; it is that connection with these Arlington families that is special to him.

Dave met his wife Julie at Park Street Church in Boston, and since their marriage, Julie has learned to love Arlington like Dave does. Together they feel part of a great community which is most apparent during the Town Day events, the Patriot's Day Parade, going to the Robbins Library, or watching an outside movie at Robbins Farm Park. Julie, having grown up in Los Angeles, knows other parts of the country aren't like Arlington.

After recently helping a growing family sell their condos in an East Arlington 2-Family and buy an Arlington house Dave had this satisfaction threefold. Two couples purchased their condos and the growing family now has a house with a yard for the kids. All three families will be able to enjoy living in this wonderful town.
