Wow ... Northwest Williamson County is growing at such a fast pace it is hard to keep up. We received a Lowe's in Leander last month and Kohls and Taco Bell will be here in a couple of months. Liberty Hill is getting a couple of new subdivisions going up and as soon as we get sewer (if we ever get sewer ...) then the big businesses will be coming to Liberty Hill we are next to grow into Austin. A couple of years ago it was Notheast Williamson county growing at a fast rate now it has moved to our area. As a Realtor it is great to see this type of growth and I hope our City Council can keep up with the growth and encourage it instead of holding it back.

Open Houses?

I will have 2 Open Houses today - One in Liberty Hill in Beautiful Sundance Estates and another in Georgetown in Serene Northlake Subdivision.

Do you feel Open Houses are advantageous for the seller and/or agent? I personally haven't seen the positives of holding a Open House but these homes are newly built so they will remain Open during the day this weekend. Come and check them out!!
