With over 30 years experience in the customer service, retail, real estate and automotive financing industries, my contributions to our partnership include excellent written and oral skills, proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Publisher, Desktop Publishing, Tutoring/Training, and served as both Supervisor and Mentor to employees. Before starting my own company, I worked for a Fortune 500 corporation, conducting training for Microsoft Office applications, developing training materials and devising the training curriculum. I am an experienced copy writer for Real Estate Web pages such as Home pages, "About Me" pages and Community Description pages. I am experienced with using HTML, Realtor.com, Advanced Access, and Point2Agent when working with web page design. I am also starting to use Dreamweaver, and have developed a website using Dreamweaver for a local candle company. We can help you with search engine optimization (SEO) by using techniques proven in the industry - keywords, article submissions, carefully written copy and good links.

I have a complete home office equipped with the technology needed to provide premium, prompt, and professional administrative support. My equipment includes:

• complete and up-to-date security and virus software
• a fax machine
• dedicated business and fax lines,
• color printer
• digital camera
• scanner
• a full range of photo and desktop publishing software.

I utilize Instant Messaging for immediate communication, Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar, and Net Meeting for remote access. I use PayPal for ease of payment and I provide detailed invoices so you know the exact amount of time spent on any given portion of your project.
