As a member of the Meridian Financial team, I have brought 10 years experience as an entrepreneur in small business financial management. My business experience has given me the opportunity to understand the importance of credit and financial responsibilities.

This insight has proven to be an excellent foundation for understanding the needs of my customers while putting them at ease during the mortgage lending process.

Meeting face to face with each pre-approval to review clients options giving the client that personalized service. I am their lender contact.

Realtor Relationship

I believe in working very closely with each client's realtor. The client is no longer MY client it is now OUR client and communication is key from the time the client starts house shopping to the closing date. I believe in putting out the fires before they start. I make an effort to meet with each realtor face to face again personalizing the deal, and to ensure we will make the transaction run as smooth as possible for our client .

Lawyer Relationship

Upon approval immediate communication with Lawyer via email detailing the client information and closing dates etc.

Lender Relationship: Very strong relationship with the lenders, I provide constant contact with my underwriter during the entire process to ensure again no surprises.
