Zach Feuer - Real Estate Agent
We just wanted to thank you for all the hard work you've done as our Realtor. We have been involved in deals with other realtors that have literally made our lives a nightmare. The market is full of agents that show a complete lack of compassion and should simply not hold a Real Estate license. Unprofessional money hungry people, who pass a test, get a Real Estate License and have no idea what they are doing. These "Un-Real Estate Agents" as I call them who possess a complete lack of knowledge of not only the market but also the paperwork and processes it takes to do standard Real Estate deals.
I deem the title quite simply this way, when the entire transaction is going down the toilet you feel powerless and all you can say is "this is Un-Real"!?
All these shortcomings with our own "Un-Real Estate Agent" resulted in stressful, unpleasant and difficult transactions that impacted us not only financially but also emotionally. Add on top of all this the fact that legal litigation resulted from these deals with this "Un-Real Estate Agent" that continues to this day two years later.
When I say "Nightmare", I am meaning that to the letter.
When we met you the title of "Realtor" meant the same as saying "low-life piece of scum". You had no idea of how we felt about Realtors and within no time at all, you changed our narrowly focused outlook on all Realtors and gained our trust.
From across the miles you took care of the purchase of our home in Queen Creek. When the Selling Realtor turned out to be another "Un Real Estate Agent" that had no clue what they were doing you stepped in and did what was needed to be done for both parties to move forward. It's funny how the sellers were happier with you than with their own "Un-Realtor". We had moving vans already filled with our entire life and we were on our way to Arizona from another state. The home did not close until we were in transit halfway across the United States and if it would not have closed we would have had to find hotels or somewhere else to stay. We trusted you to make sure that it closed in time for us to move into our new home. You did just that. No thanks to the Sellers "Un Real Agent".
In our second home transaction; just like in our first, you took the time to look at many homes with us. When we did finally find the right fit you encountered another challenge with the Selling Realtor and the Bank. You worked thru it and pushed the other parties to gain information keeping us in the loop the entire time. That one also closed with little difficulty thanks to you.
You should be commended on your tenacity and passion. Your full-on commitment to being someone's "Realtor" and just what that title means. Not all Realtors are created equal and you are proof positive to that.
As a true Realtor you become an integral part of someone's dream whether it is purchasing their very first home, an investment home, a vacation home or a home across the miles. Every purchase is someone's dream, thank you for being part of ours.
