The snowstorms have stopped but not without some exciting property showings.
We spent last Friday and Saturday showing property in a blizzard, our clients were from out of state and wanted to see winter. They got a big dose.
We actually only got stuck on one occasion in Ridgway Colorado in Loghill Mesa at Divide Ranch Golf Community. We we showing some million dollar plus listings and had a really interesting day. We all really had quite a nice day.
Wednesday and Thursday we showed property on Spring Creek Mesa in Montrose Colorado in another blizzard and were with different clients, we too had really a nice day looking at larger acreage with nice homes.
All in all a very cold 7 days with nightime temps at -16 a couple of nights.
We are looking forward for the banana belt weather to return to Montrose in the coming days.
You have to get out while you have the chance and people get to see the real weather conditions and it is a helpful experence to see many aspects of an area.

What a start to the month of Feburary. We have been showing property everyday the last 2 weeks.

Well we had quite a week. Showing property all over Montrose Colorado everyday this week. We worked with several buyers and price ranges from 50,000-to 450,000.

As you can see this is an older farm house in the eastern part of Montrose County, only about 10 minutes from downtown.

We were able to sneak in and get this with another offer on the table.

We found a gem in the rough for one of our clients here in Montrose, Colorado. This is an older farm house on 41+ Acres.
This could be a really great deal for everyone involved.
We looked at a lot of property and might just get in on this one as we have a competing offer but we feel we are in a better position.
