A Refined Environment Owner, Linda Selvage, is an Accredited Staging Professional and Certified Traditional Feng Shui Consultant with numerous certifications and over 7 years of study with the world renown American Feng Shui Institute. She is an Affiliate Member of the Ventura Coastal and Ojai Valley Board of Realtors, Ojai Chamber of Commerce, as well as a student at a prominent Interior Design school. Linda is Founder and President of the Ventura/ Santa Barbara Counties Regional Chapter Int'l. Assn. of Home Staging Professionals and was the 2006 Ambassador of the IAHSP World Wide Staging Service Day for the Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara IAHSP Chapters. Linda is also available for Interior ReDesign, Design and/or Color Consultation. As a Feng Shui Consultant, she offers a detailed Feng Shui blueprint of residential or commercial buildings revealing the affects on each occupant and what remedies can be placed to create supportive energy.

As a highly creative person with a value system rooted in integrity, honesty and compassion, Linda is committed to providing the best service possible to her clients. In addition to her credentials, she has had the personal experience of selling over 8 homes, most of which included major remodels and building a custom home.

Linda is a wholesale jewelry artist in her spare time and also enjoys snow skiing, scuba diving, outdoor adventures, learning, a good book, daily meditation, and spending quality time with her family!

Traditional Feng Shui Analysis: Each Staging project is designed with basic Feng Shui principles in mind. We also offer a very detailed Traditional Feng Shui Analysis of the property.
