"Zerorez was hired to clean the carpet in my living room, family room, hallway and one bedroom. The Zerorez representative arrived on-time, slipped on some plastic booties, and I showed him the areas to clean. He quickly went to work, bringing in his supplies and the hoses from the truck. He even put plastic corner protectors on corners and furniture throughout the house where the hoses would be pulled. The process was similar to all the others, pre-treat the carpet, then bring in the big vacuum hose and clean. But the system is different, and uses no soap or shampoo. He spent an hour and half in the house compared to others who took between 20 and 30 minutes to do the same work. My carpet is noticeably cleaner than ANY of the others, even cleaning areas that the others said could not be cleaned and explained away as wear. The carpet dried in half the time as the others.
