San Francisco may be on the radar as Tech Capital of the world but, Boston in our eyes should be considered the East Coast version of it. Getting back from the Inman Connect Show in San Francisco a month ago one theme that has been in my mind has been that Real Estate is "LOCAL". After all your not just selling or buying a home your buying into a community, a neighborhood, a town, a school system, a place to live with your family. For this reason Video can be a HUGE advantage in explaining and showing a potential homeowner why this home / town / neighborhood is for them!
Obviously, most of you Realtors are not going to pay a professional money to shoot a community video. Maybe you will? But, that is the beauty of this is that it's up to you to express what you feel in the video...
