All standard amenities (heated pool, gym, undeground garage, secured entryways). 9' ceilings, granite in the kitchens and bathrooms is standard, double entryways, very spacious units (starting from 1,645 SF), all units facing water, balconies, executive golf course.

Pet friendly (2 dogs up to 50 lbs each). 187 2 bdr/2 baths + den units (7 per standard floor), and large 3 bdr/3 baths (3 per floor). Pet park is nearby.
