We are looking at Barrington NH homes sales data from January to October during the last four years to determine the state of the market today. Barrington NH homes were selling 32 days faster last year. Here's a look at all the available =>Barrington NH Homes For Sale.
It is said that median sales price is a better indicator of market price because the median price is the price in the middle of the data. Median price is the price at which half the sales prices are below this price and half of the sales prices are above.
Average price is more susceptable to a single sales event that is way above or way below the median sales price. Whereas there are some very valuable lake front properties in Barrington NH, a sale in the scale at the top tier of values in Barrington NH homes could sway the average sales price upward artificially.
