Roof inspection method: walked
Roof Type: Cross gable, Hipped
Roof ventilation: Evaluate: Five power fans are the only source of attic ventilation. There are no cross ventilation, such as gable end louvers, or soffit vents.
The question arises as if there is adequate ventilation in the cooler months when the temperature controlled fans are not operating. Another concern arises whether the attic fans are poulling conditioned air from the home, rather than outside air from cross ventilation soffit and , or gable end vents.
You should consulte with the architect who designed this home, regarding these questions, seen the original desin of soffit vents every 8', roof vents every 8', and 2' gable end lovers, as indicated on the plans, was replaced the five power fans.

There is New Life coming to Claremont, New Hampshire
Ice River Springs Water Company, hopes to open their doors in Claremont this year.
The building for their facilitie, has been built out on River Road in Claremont. There still some finishing, that needs to be done. They also still need to move the equipment in, and get it all setup. They still don't have their final occupancy permits from the City.
Ice River has multiple facilities in the United States and Canada. They will be focused on opening the Claremont plant this year. The plant will produce the bottles and caps on site. The water will be trucked in from their own spring over in Vermont.
They say that 75 percent of the water they'll be using will come from their spring, and the other 25 percent will come from the water supply of Claremont.
The first phase of the their building is estimated to be a value of $4.5 million which would add roughly $135,000 in property Tax revenue. Ice River has indicated their 130,00 square-foot facility will add 50 jobs in the community.
New life coming to a community, be it from new business, new family's moven to and buying home's in a community. Is always a good thing!

This is the first of many post's to come. Of helpful tips, to do with homes.

Your looking at the water heater pipe inlet, as you can see along the top is corroded. At time of your Home Inspection, I did not witness the pipe leaking today. This should alert you a repair is needed with in the very near future. Recommend that a qualified licensed plumber, should be called to repair or correct as may be needed.

Those who are healed do not talk about it among themselves and spread the news. If a thing is holy and sacred, if it's a miracle, it's not talked about. It's too special for that. Visions one receives are in the same category. they are something peronal between Wakan Tanka and the seeker that affects the whole of his or her's life. Even the human's family will not discuss it or tell their friends.
My you have many good Visions, come your way. My friends

I hope you and your family, always have a fun and safe day!
