Knowledge is Your Power For The Freedom of a Worry- Free Home!
I wrote this post on Friday night, but it was lost. And did not upload.
I a woke Friday mornen to pretty ugly, we had a really bad ice storm came a visiten Thu. night.
I a woke around 3:30 A.M., as I do every mornen. It felt a bit cool in the house. So I went out to the liven room to turn up the heat. Went to turn on the liven room light. But it did not come on, so I got the small fleshlight that I keep near by in the liven room. Turned up the thermostat, but the furnace did not fire up. So I took a look at it, everything was fine with it except there was no exectricity getten to it.
So I went outside to see if anything was a go-en on out there. Will there was ice every were. No kind of lights on any were at all. Went back in to the house and got our emergency radio and turned it on. Power was out for 300,00 folk's in the State of New Hampshire. From the ice storm that came to visit us.
Gov. Lynch issued a State of Emergency for the State of New Hampshire about 9:00 A.M. Friday mornen. He urged all the folk's of New Hampshire, to heed all public officials warnings.
There were trees and limbs down on the roads of many communities, there were trees and limbs that were bent over that formed icy arches. That drivers had to navigate around on very icy roads. We still had pouring rain and sleet comen down. Fire departments were responding to calls of tranformer explosions, and utility poles and wires that were down. Trees that were burning on wires, and of trees that had fallen on to homes in areas.
The State Emergency Management Operations Center was opened, and some of the towns opened emergency shelters for folk's to come to.
There were hundreds of roads that had to be closed all over the State. The police warn folk's to not go out on the roads. Right in the area of 600 Schools and organizations were closed.
Will I told my lady, there just was no way that I could stay home, when I knew there were folk's needing help. She was not real happy about it, but she knows how I am. I loaded what I thought, I'd need in my Jeepy and took off. As I was out driven. I took some photos of areas I was in.

Let talk a bit about pet family members and the Holiday Season
Even though pets don't really understand the significance and the true meaning of the holiday season, they do like openen packages, also. Some favorite gife ideas for this holiday season include rawhide candy cane bones, may be a new collar and a lead, how about a plush stuffed animal.

May be your puppy dog or kitty cat would like to be a star in his or her very own holiday photo, they could even get all dressed up in doggy duds or kitty coat. May be add rhinestones to or with their outfit. If your pet is low-key, how about a very simple Christmas t-shirt.
Be sure to keep your puppy dog or kitty cat's safety in mind, as you are picken out a gift for them. You'll find that most pet products are labeled for the size and the age of the puppy dog or kitty cat in your life. A big puppy dog sure can't play with the same toy that is made for a smaller puppy dog.
A young puppy dod just may prefer a chew toy or two, where a elderly puppy dog or kitty cat. Hust may appreciate a soft new bed.
Now no matter what gift you pick for your puppy dod or kitty cat, always be sure that you remove any and all packaging, and any ribbons. Before ya let your puppy dog or kitty cat play with a new toy or sleep on a new bed. Also be sure to check for any small parts that could fall off and be swallowed by your pet family member.
Lets be sure our pet family members have a safe and very enjoyable Holiday Season also!

Knowledge is Your Power For The Freedom of a Worry- Free Home!

Buyers remorse is that sinking feelen in the very pit of your stomach that you and your family has made a very terrible mistake. It will usually occur the minute, day, or even the week after your Real Estate Agent has presented your offer to purchase a home or after you have sign the purchase and sale agreement. It can keep you awake at night, maken ya toss and turn in a cold sweat, as you start to think and wonder just how you're going to make that monthly payment and you agonize over your choice. Did I make the right one?
A Real Estate Agent friend, once told me. If a first time home buyer ends up with buyers remorse, the only one to blame is the Real Estate Agent. If the buyers Agent has done their job and qualified the folk's, and found out what the folk's really want in their first home, then the folk's should be happy. But if the Agent has turned a blind eye to their insecurity about buying a home and doesn't do their best to help the folk's to truely understand the process, it can be very tough on a First Time Home Buyer.
