The first full-time, proprietary satellite network in the industry, it connects the North American offices in the system with continual, accessible information and education, including a significant amount of original programming custom-designed for RE/MAX affiliates, five days a week, four hours a day. RE/MAX was one of the first national real estate networks to establish a comprehensive Internet web site, featuring news about the entire network, links to realtor.com, regional pages, links to individual office and agent pages, mapping and, access to a major commercial listing service. Consumers can take virtual tours of homes on the site via iPIX, shop for loans with Eloan and search for home improvement services and home products with ServiceMagic.
Roster 2009
RE/MAX affiliates can immediately provide relocating homebuyers and sellers with the appropriate RE/MAX Associate in the city where they plan to move by using the CD-ROM roster, updated quarterly. Roster 2009 lists every affiliate in the system, with office affiliation, geographic area, specialties and designations -- and offers affiliates the option of additional features like agent photos and expanded biographies.
