Bedford, NH Homes Market Activity - Third Quarter 2009

Market Snapshot

As of September 30, 2009, there were 121 homes for sale with and average list price of $635,450. These homes have been on the market for 157 days. There were 13 sales pending that had an average list price of $369,319.

There were 79 homes sold YTD in Bedford, NH with an average sales price of $405,422 and a list price of $416,683. This is reflected in a list-to-sell percentage of 97%. The average days on market for the sold listings was 87.

In comparison to 2008, the number of homes sold dropped from 99 to 79 with a substantial decrease in value (average sale price) from $448,620 to $405,422. In 2007, the average sales price was $462,159 which indicates a decline in value in 2009 of -10%.
