With the recession fully entrenched, 2008 saw a 12% drop in the number of homes sold at 45 with the time on the market holding steady at 123 days. With the Federal Home Buyer Tax Credit established to prop up a sagging market, 2009's homes sold popped up 15.5% with days on market still holding at 123.
