In last week’s Buy-Local post, I highlighted The Good Loaf in Milford, NH. That was a fun local business to write about and the research portion was mouth wateringly delicious! Part of the “back story” on The Good Loaf post was a bit “tangled” with this week’s story about Southern NH Hair Salons. I met one of the chefs at The Good Loaf when she commented on my haircut and asked which salon I used. In fact, she liked the style so much, she asked if she could take a picture to share with her stylist.
“Say Cheese!”
Wow! What a complement to have a complete stranger like myhaircut so much she asked to take a picture! This week, I attended a real estate seminar and, while pouring coffee and selecting muffins, a fellow Realtor asked if I could recommend a hair salon. She was new to the area and said that she liked my cut and wanted something similar. I'm not kidding.
Twice in two weeks I’ve referred complete strangers (now one new friend and one new client) to Cassandra Salon and Spa in Nashua, NH; specifically I’ve referred them to Kristin Atkins, Editorial Hair Designer and Colorist.
