Believe it or not, there are some pretty big swings from what the house is listed for, to it’s final sales price. So when you are looking at properties, bear in mind if the price seems high, there is probably a fair amount of negotiating room. Last year, out of 20 home sales on Lake Sunapee, the average ‘percent off list price’ was 17.75%! So far this year the number is at 14.37%, and the current two year average is 16.30%. New London New Hampshire Lyme Disease Program Event in New London New Hampshire, folks you sure do not ever want to end up getting Lyme Disease! This here disease is an illness caused by a bacterium that's called a Spirochete, (Borrelia Burgdorferi) which gets transmitted by infected Ticks.

Phase one of Lyme Disease, is the area of your body that the infected Tick bites you, and the bacteria starts entering through your skin. Then within weeks and it can only take a few days even, from the actual day that the Tick bite happen. The skin area that the Tick bit you will develop a flat redness expanding ring. There could even be a outer ring of a brighter redness and a central area of clearing, which can start looking like you have a bull's-eye target on you. This here initial rash is call Erythema Migrans. There have even been cases where multiple secondary lesions have occurred, which is a reaction to the infection and can even be due to multiple Tick bites. There have been cases that folks were not able to even recall being bitten by a Tick. They sure can be as small as a period.

Actually one in four folks have not ever develop the rash. The redness area of the skin is mighty often accompanied by generalized fatigue, muscle and joint stiffness, swollen glands and headache that resemble the symptoms of a viral infection. Even later on, it can produce abnormalities in your joints, heart, and your nervous system. As I said before Lyme Disease sure is not something that you want to mess around with at all!

The number of cases of the disease in an area depends on the amount of ticks in an area and how many are infected with the Lyme bacteria. In certain areas of New York, where Lyme disease is common, over half of the ticks are infected. Lyme disease has been reported most often in the northeastern United States, but it has been reported in all 50 states, as well as China, Europe, Japan, Australia, and parts of the former Soviet Union.
