Black Mountain Forest Celebration in North Sutton New Hampshire, come on out and join in this here mighty fine celebration which will be taking place.

This here event being held to Celebrate the Black Mountain Forest Reservation, and will be held rain or shine this afternoon Sunday the 25th of September 2011. The celebration is being held between the hours of 12:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. and is being held at the Kearsarge Regional High School, which is located at 457 North Road in North Sutton, New Hampshire.
Black Mountain Forest Celebration in North Sutton New Hampshire, folks are going to be Celebrating the successful purchase of the new 1,025 acres Black Mountain Forest in North Sutton, New Hampshire. This here event will include a dedication ceremony, there will be gratitude remarks to the donors which helped to make this happen, and there is going to be light refreshments served to the attendees. Folks are asked to park at the Kearsarge Athletic Fields, which folks will be able to enjoy a mighty fine view of the Black Mountain Reservation.
The staff will offer an optional guided hike along the Lincoln Trail to visit sclected mighty fine features of the property, which will include the Mountain Brook and mighty fine scenic views from the interior tract of this mighty fine peace of property. Here are some hiking tips, its important to wear sturdy walking shoes or boots and bring water and an extra jacket or sweater. Keep close tabs on children, as unforeseen hazards may exist or develop suddenly on mountain trails.
Black Mountain Forest Celebration in North Sutton New Hampshire, remember that mountain weather changes quickly and is more severe at the exposed summit. Hikers can quickly become disoriented and lose their way in dense fog. Be aware that rain at the trailhead may be snow or ice at higher elevations. When you are in doubt, turn back! The trails at the summit do not return to the same place. Make sure to descend the right trail to reach your planned destination. Plan sufficient time to return to the picnic areas before the posted closing time. Be aware that darkness falls more quickly in the forest than on the open summit.
A clean trail and summit sure makes the mountain more enjoyable everyone. Remember carry in-carry out, including biodegradables items.
