Let those of all ages of this Nation remember that idleness Leads to Poverty. Work is Honorable and Leads to Contentment.

Today is the 7th of December 2011, which is the Seventh day of the 2011 December Blogging Challenge which myself and many other members of the ActiveRain Real Estate Blogging Site are taking part in. This morning I logged into the AR site to see if anyone had stop by to visit and leave a comment on the blog posts which I posted last night to write a reply back to, which there were two folks which had. Then I got down to the real work I had at hand for today.

Marketing Ideas and Programing on-Day Seven- of the 2011 December Blogging Challenge-BEAACPI, I'm not going to go into the full details, I'm mighty sure those of you that stop by to pay a visit will fully understand and know why I'm not. The first thing which I started working on, was writing two new computer programs, one is a report writing program and the other has to do with the encrypted security of sensitive data in order to have even a higher protection of such info of clients and my own.

Once I had both of those going, then I started working on some new Marketing Ideas which I've been thinking about for sometime now. One major thing which has been going on for sometime, there are new blogs either being launched by individual folks, businesses or a some kind of new Social Media sites cropping up just about everyday on the Internet, just like mushrooms do on a muggy day. So as an Independent Professional of a Small Business we sure do need to get the most from our use of blogging to help our Marketing of what ever kind of business you do. So we have to keep on top of being sure that we are standing out in the crowd of all the other blog which are out there. This can only be done by looking at, reworking, and coming up with new ideas, plus by jazzing up our blog posts, so folks will enjoy visiting and learning.

Servers and Business Plan-Day Six-of the 2011 December Blogging Challenge-BEAACPI, do we fully ever really know just what any given day will be like. All days are the Great Spirit's days.

A pause, giving time for thought, is the truest courteous way of beginning a conversation.
This day the 6th of December 2011, which is the sixth day of the 2011 December Blogging Challenge which myself and many other members of the ActiveRain RealEstate Blogging Site are taking part in. The first thing which I did was to log into the AR site to ride around a bit, to visit folks. Then I got down to the real business at hand for today.

Servers and Business Plan-Day Six- of the 2011 December Blogging Challenge-BEAACPI, the first thing which I did was to call two different clients which I'll be working with over in Vermont later this week, the calls were to make sure we were still on. Then I started looking up companies which sales servers and to research the kind of servers that they sale, plus find out the specific specs of the ones they carry. Then I started make some phone calls to the companies which I neural my pick down to today, in order to find out just what kind of deal they make me on the quantity of servers which I'm looking to buy. Which has to do with the new project of starting a new company in 2012.
Then this afternoon I check back and left some comments to some folks which I enjoy visiting. And then I start working on outlining the 2012 Business Plans for one of my companies.

New Hampshire Summer Home or Cottage Winter Closing Tips Sullivan County New Hampshire, before living your Summer time New Hampshire Home or Cottage because the Winter time Months will be siting in. You'll want to be sure your home or cottage is going to be okay while its all alone during that mighty cold and snowy days and nights time period.

Do you have a plan for having snow removed from your Summer Home or Cottage while you are gone during the New Hampshire Winter Months?

The Water System
1. Shut off water systems by turning off the pump or shutting the valve if on city water. Drain the pressure tank.
2. Open all faucets.
3. Break a union close to the valve so water will drain out clear to the shut-off valve.
4. Drain pump and run a second or two to be sure all water is out of lines from the pump.
5. Flush toilets and dip all water out of the flush tank.
6. Be sure to drain flexible spray hoses in showers and sinks.
7. Drain water softeners so water will drain back from soft water pipes and controls. A brine tank probably won't freeze.
8. Drain water heaters.
New Hampshire Summer Home or Cottage Winter Closing Tips Sullivan County New Hampshire, the Heating Systems
Electric heating systems require no maintenance other than shutting off the power to the heating units.
Hot air heating systems:
1. Turn off burner emergency switch which is often located at the top of the stairs.
2. Drain humidifier which is usually located on the furnace.
Forced hot water and steam systems: Drain all water in the system unless the liquid contains anti-freeze. It is wise to have this type of system drained by a plumber unless you are well-informed on the procedures necessary.
Winterize your Summer Home or Cottage as you do your Winter Home. To help conserve energy when the home is not occupied, install a low-heat thermostat. By doing this your home could be maintained at abut 40 F. without a
freeze-up, rather than at 55 F. which is the lowest temperature at which most thermostats can be set.
Washer and dishwasher
Water left in hoses and internal components can cause damage when it freezes.
Shut off water supply to clothes washer. Remove and drain inlet hoses. Clear water valve by setting timer for fill cycle. Press warm water button and run machine a few seconds. Drain water from drain hose. Disconnect electrical supply.
For a dishwasher, remove inlet and outlet connection to the valve. Operate valve to remove any water. Remove drain hose from the pump and drain. Disconnect electrical supply.
New Hampshire Summer Home or Cottage Winter Closing Tips Sullivan County New Hampshire, its also a mighty good idea to clean the equipment and to protect the finish with a coat of appliance polish.
Those stored items
1. Remove food, cosmetics, or medicine containers that contain liquid that would freeze from shelves.
2. Food in paper or plastic containers should be put in large metal containers to protect from mice or other rodents.
3. Remove or hide articles in the house that can be sold and converted to cash such as guns, radios, TV sets, tools or other valuables.
The Sewage system
1. Force as much water as possible out of traps with a plunger.
2. Add antifreeze to each trap so you have at least a 50% solution of ethylene - glycol and water.
3. Check for traps in these locations: kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, bathtub and/or shower drains, toilets, washtubs, floor drains and maybe a sump pump.
Keep out those animals that might want to use your Summer Home or Cottage while you are gone in the Winter time.
1. Cover chimneys tightly so that raccoons cannot enter the house, or birds fall down the chimney.
2. Stop up any places in the foundation or around the eaves where squirrels, chipmunks, mice or other small animals can enter.

The Lake Sunapee Protective Association holding their Antique and Classic Boat Show and Parade today the 14th of August 2011. First up will be the dockside display, which will be held between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and Noon at the Sunapee Harbor. They have a mighty fine lineup of boats for folks to enjoy looking at.

Sunapee Love Your Lake Day and Boat Parade in Sunapee New Hampshire, the parade rout will begin with the boats assembling at the Gardner Bay about 12:15 P.M. and then the boat parade is to begin at 12:30 P.M. The boats will head South past Dewey Beach. They say that the boats should enter back into Sunapee Harbor around 12:45 P.M. Then they will travel along Lake Sunapee's shoreline towards Birch Point, then pass Fishers Bay and Oakledge around 1:00 P.M., then on to the State Beach about 1:15 P.M. and then Newbury Harbor at about 1:30 P.M.

Lake Sunapee is a glacial lake. The glaciers deposited large rocks which were scattered everywhere in the woods, then when the ice melted around 11,000 years ago and Lake Sunapee came to life. Those rocks are called Glacial Erratics, there is an example of a large glacial erratics sitting on Minute Island in front of the John Hay Wildlife Refuge, which is accessible along the Wildlife Shoreline Trail. Below is a photo that I took of the one on the Cape Cod National Seashore.
