I just saw this thing on The CBS Morning Show, The Tough Mudder(http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2792/4487631411_336de0fe96_o.jpg). It looks like it would be a great challenge, a 12 mile course built by British Special Forces, with all kinds of obstacles. Man give me some of that! I think it would be a great team building thing, let's see if I can get any of the team to agree to do it.
Yesterday the weather was so crappy! It rained all day, and was just miserable. BUT, my client who called me on Monday night and was really excited about seeing The Alexan, well we met at The Alexan in Bayonne, NJ and he AND his friend ended up being approved for apartments. What a really great day. That was a definite surprise, a pleasant one.
Then my other client came in later that evening and signed a lease, I have another lease signed tomorrow and I have 8 appointments tomorrow evening. I hope someone rents something.
The apartment at 4312 Smith Av North bergen, NJ 07047 was rented, hopefully we'll get more inventory there. I actually got a couple of calls on the property in Greenville area of Jersey City, NJ.
Yeah, I know it's not pretty, but it's still a great space and an EXTREMELY large apartment.

This is where those two guys will be hanging, great clubhouse and amentities, OK, so it's in Bayonne, but what can you do?

After a really busy weekend, I was really looking forward to a slow Monday. We had an office meeting today, was pretty interesting, we'll be at the Hamilton Park Festival on June 12, 2010. Should be a great event since the park will actually be re-opened. Hamilton Park is the only ACTUAL REAL neighborhood in Jersey City. Does that make any sense at all? There are several condos that have been built around it, and there is a second phase to be built also, we were there for a broker's luncheon several weeks ago and the building was quite impressive.
I just got a call from a guy who wants to go to The Alexan in Bayonne, he's looking for a two bedroom apartment, it's really weird and a pleasant surprise, hopefully he'll find something to his liking. here's my ad that I created for them, the company has issues with how I promote them, but does this ad look that bad? I know if you're following me it seems that I dal with a lot of buildings that have "issues" with my marketing, but that's part of going out there and geeting it, sometimes you will step on a few toes!
I forgot to mention, my two clients were approved for their apartments today, and I have another offer for another apartment. Unfortunately these guys are squabbling over $23 for a pretty decently priced apartment. I hope they come to their senses before I rent it to someone else!
