Belvidere NJ 07823 Updates on Homes for Sale, June 2011 - Warren County Market Reports

No wonder there has been little activity in Belvidere NJ homes for sale. I have neglected to publish my real estate update since November. Sleeping on the job - and I'm (kiddingly!) ashamed of myself! My overdue Belvidere NJ 07823 Real Estate Market Snapshot Report is based on homes for sale data recorded in GSMLS as of June 6, 2011.

Of the 5 homes that have sold in the last 2 months, 3 were ranch homes for sale. Somewhat more surprisingly, only 1 of the 5 sales were distressed properties. Short sales and foreclosures typically are higher, proving that well-priced homes for sale attract interest in Belvidere NJ and elsewhere!

Although it is in White Township, which shares the 07823 zip with Belvidere, I do have a lovely 3 - 4 bedroom Queen Anne Victorian home for sale: 603 Brass Castle Road.
