A Suspicious Character reads the headline! Break and entry. Theft. How am I ever going to interest potential buyers in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Victorian homes for sale in White Township NJ when a crime has been documented in the press? Does this need to be disclosed to one and all? I don’t know that the culprit was ever apprehended!

But before we call out the CSI or Cold Case team, the heist did occur in 1873 at what is now a Victorian homes for sale at 603 Brass Castle Road, White Township NJ 07823. Odds are really, really slim that the culprit will be back…

A hooligan between 18 and 20 was spotted with a white birch hoop-pole* in the area. When the owner returned, Peter Willever found this hoop-pole under a window through which the dude entered and dropped his dirty duds. He donned Mr. Willever’s best garments, headed to Oxford Furnace and jumped a train to Phillipsburg. The despicable cad!

15 Minutes of Real Estate Fame in NJ? This ActiveRain RainMaker is on Top of the World...

Less than 2 years ago, I knew nothing about blogging. Yesterday morning I became of of the top 10 real estate professionals in New Jersey using this wonderful marketing mechanism!

Would never have achieved this without the wonderful guidance of the ActiveRain staff and AR University. Even more meaningful to me are the +200,000 members who gladly answer questions, encourage me and inspire me to keep at it. I have a national network of top real estate professionals who take my calls and respond to my emails! And, yes, I have many new friends!

In addition to the continuing education I get from AR, I've also increased my business. Have posted about the many blog buyers for whom I've found - and closed - the right homes for sale. My sellers get increased traffic because I've learned how to successfully market their homes to audiences far beyond their neighborhoods.

As for those on the NJ Leaderboard that I've outplaced? I warned them I was coming: What is Wrong with this Picture? NJ's Lucky 13, AR Points & RainChecks... A concerted effort might just drop me back down - but at least I've had my 15 minutes of fame in the Garden State!
