GARAGE plus Ranch home for sale
11 Worthington Road Frankford – Branchville NJ 07826
This totally renovated 3 bedroom ranch home for sale was plagued by the lack of a garage, so the estate has just added one. In Sussex County NJ’s Frankford, which shares a Branchville zip code, 11 Worthington Road had been fully updated and is in tip-top condition. The drawback is now gone and the new owners will enjoy a new garage!
As of May 2, 2011 - Price has been reduced to only $185000!!!
As you’ll see in the video, no corners were cut. The entire, huge driveway now has gravel. The high quality, Amish-built garage matches the ranch home for sale perfectly. Marge purchased it through Blackburn Growers, Garden Center & Sheds LLC with Wantage and Branchville NJ locations, phone 973-702-0700 or 973-948-3700.
Although I didn’t see the site preparation, I was shocked that one person was able to install the garage at the 11 Worthington Road home for sale. Chantz did Blackburn proud with his skill and great attitude on a very cold morning. The new garage matches the ranch home for sale perfectly. My happy seller, Marge, gave Blackburn very high marks for the entire process.
And, not to be remiss, let’s ask ourselves: “What real estate agent would leave her home at 6:30 a.m. on a 30° morning, drive a long way to 11 Worthington Road in Frankford NJ, and stand outside to photograph a garage?” The correct answer is: One who partners with the sellers who honor her with listing their home for sale and one who tries never to miss an opportunity to successfully market those houses!
