Jeff Lobb and Tami Bonnell Wow Audiences at EXIT Realty Texas N.E. Event |
| Mike Murdock, EXIT Realty Pro, says "I was blown away by what I learned" |
|
Ms. Bonnell's presentation was joined by EXIT's Realty's newest addition to its already unbelievable training team, Mr. Jeff Lobb, as their technology specialist. Mr. Lobb not only wowed the audience with his diverse business and technology background, but also with his hands-on, usable solutions for today's real estate professional, including EXIT's extensive technology toolbox accessible through the EXIT Resource Center. Mr. Lobb has been a REALTOR® for over 21 years and has more than 10 years experience in the internet and technology fields both with Fortune 500® companies and startup ventures. Jeani Thomas Richie, Broker of Record at EXIT Realty Canyon Lake was in attendance and reported on the event in her blog, "that's really musing..." She said: Tami Bonnell gave a very inspirational and motivational presentation in the morning session to the broker/owners and was accompanied by Jeff Lobb, who is our Technology [Specialist]. One of the first things he asked the broker/owners was how many had heard of Active Rain and the second question was "How many of you are on it?" I raised my hand for both and then proceeded to give a testimonial about my blog and the listing I got through it recently. His point was that the broker/owners need to know what the tools and forums are so that they can inform and train their agents on what is out there and how to use it to build business. Mike Murdock, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Pro in Canton, TX said, "I was blown away by what I learned here today. I pride myself on staying ahead of the curve with best business practices and technology to better serve my customers and clients but today I better understand how truly advanced EXIT Realty is on their training, tools and services". |

Jeff Lobb Delivers a Power-Packed Real Estate Technology Webinar |
| EXIT Realty monthly techinar another huge hit! |
|
"The Strategy and Tools to Go Mobile and Stay Productive" was the subject of yesterday's Techinar entitled "Tech It or Leave It" with EXIT Realty Corporate Trainer and Technology Expert, Jeff Lobb. Netbooks, tethering and remote desktop access were only a few of the tools discussed - everything today's successful real estate agent needs to be effective and efficient on the go. Julie Boyd-Elrod, Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Texas Northeast said, "Gosh, I am so glad these webinars are being recorded and put on the [EXIT Resource Center] because I simply can't write fast enough to take all the wonderful and useful content in. As always, Jeff delivers a power packed webinar. I just can't believe everything that EXIT offers all of us to help get the most and the best out of ourselves. Awesome job!" Jeanne McCorkle, Franchisee of EXIT Realty Group in MI said, "Best webinar to date. Not the typical webinar on how to be better, do better. It was giving free sources that I didn't know existed and why this is better - [not just 'take my word for it']. I am thrilled Jeff is helping us grow. He is two thumbs up in my book!!" |

Unlike some Sussex County NJ houses for sale that are priced under $200000, this beauty is in tip-top condition. A two bedroom ranch with a Branchville NJ mailing address, this Wantage Township gem at 41 Beemer Church Road sits on .84 acres yet is in a great location for commuters.
Whether purchasing your first home or downsizing from a big one, this ranch rocks!
Immaculate inside and out, the renovations have been done already. This is the place for bargain hunters who do NOT want to rehab a house.
Mailing address is Branchville NJ but taxes and schools are Wantage. Age and square feet directly from tax assessor.
We decided against showing interior photos because you really WANT to come take a look.

Just about 2 months ago my Sussex County NJ real estate business exploded and I've been juggling non-stop. For example, with homes for sale in Franklin NJ and in Highland Lakes NJ, I had offers within two weeks of listing them. Both have absentee owners, so I'm going the extra mile to ensure the transactions close smoothly. Both are rapid closings.
My hubby Chip Mandell (a licensed real estate agent who does NOT handle residential) has been pinch hitting. Chip has been awaiting town inspectors, meeting well testers, installing smoke detectors, etc. A specialist in land sales, Chip helped me prep for a recent listing appointment; I requested that he accompany me. The owner was most impressed with our complimentary expertise. Too, Chip toured the farm taking outside pictures while I covered the residence.
Chip has been stuck cooking 90% 99% of our meals - and he is great at it. He suffers through my periods of stress and exhaustion. Knows when to chat or when to just let me chill a bit.
This upsurge has caused me to neglect my blogging AND my wonderfully supportive life partner. I'll get back on track very soon but clearly know which is a higher priority.

While writing an offer today for a new client on my new Highland Lakes NJ foreclosure listing (yeah!), I missed a phone call from an out-of-area number I didn't recognize. As responsive as I try to be to calls, my view is that when I'm working intently with one customer, that person deserves my undivided attention. Just as soon as the contract was done, I checked my voicemail.
A woman politely inquired about the time for a church service on the lake. Honestly, I suspected she had made an error in dialing. I was clueless but returned her call. Seems this lady and her husband wanted to attend a service held on boats on Culver Lake in Frankford NJ (Branchville). She told me someone loads an organ on one, the boats tie together, and a worship service occurs. I sure never had heard of this - but doesn't it sound wonderful?
Mrs. & Mr. B don't live in the area and didn't even know the name of the church. She had Googled. Guess who showed up as the expert for Sussex County NJ lake communities? That would be moi. Thanks to my series on vacation homes for sale around Sussex County NJ, Mrs. B turned to me.
When Mrs. B shared that she met her husband during her visit to Culver Lake and that they had just celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary, I had a new mission. Although dated, I found an article describing the "float service" on Culver Lake.
Can't tell you just how thrilled Mrs. B was when I called her back with full details. Furthermore, when she and Mr. B are ready to make their dream come true of purchasing a Culver Lake home for sale, she intends to call me to help. While I'm not pre-spending that commission check, it sure was great that:
