In addition to the Centennial Park, residents can enjoy seven more parks throughout the town. Or residents can take a nature walk on one of the trails through the 19 acre parcel called the Emerson Woods Preserve.

The Borough of Emerson continues to complete the Revitalization of the Business District and has a Super Stop and Shop as well as a new apartment complex conveniently located directly across from the Emerson Train Station and Bus Stop.







There is also a Senior Housing Complex as well as a beautiful Emerson Pharmacy.

The list to sale price differential was not available this month without any sales to report. This indicates that homes are both being priced high and therefore not selling. The popularity of this town is still strong for the Pascack Valley town that coined the phrase "The Family Town".

Emerson New Jersey is amongst the 8 Pascack Valley towns of Bergen County New Jersey and is the quintessential suburban small town community. From it's early beginnings, the little town was formerly known as the town of Etna.
