However, I am not correlating Stonehurst investors and the likelihood of a bank taking control of the Stonehurst condo via the short sale. Investors and homeowners alike have been hit hard by the recession.

• 4-B WINDSOR TERRACE listed for $80,000 and reduced from $110,000 (one bedroom lower unit).
• 68-A STONEHURST BLVD listed for $80,000 and reduced from $110,000 (one bedroom lower level).

There are fifteen (15) active Stonehurst condos for sale, ranging from $80,000 to $159,900.

The Stonehurst condominium of Freehold Township, New Jersey 07728 has long been an entree point to home ownership. Conveniently located to Route 9, Stonehurts offers the first time homebuyer (and Freehold real estate investor) the chance to purchase fee simple below $100,000.

Stonehurst did not escape the real estate euphoria.
