Sayen Gardens is located in Hamilton Twp., NJ., in the "Heart" of Hamilton Square. It consists of 27 acres of botantical gardens, paths, a lake, creek and Sayen House.
Located on the corner of Mercer Street and Hughs Drive, this part of the garden is a recent addition within the past 6-7 years. Weddings are performed at this Gazebo and it provides a shady spot for resting during a long walk.

The paths lead from the Gazebo to the Bridge and a creek that runs thru the property.

There are plenty of places to stop and enjoy the scenery or have a picnic, read a book, meditate, and take photos.

The water fountain is a nice addition to the park on those warm days, the double one is great for adults and the little ones.
The Park Entrance leads to the older part of Sayen Gardens. It is open dusk to dawn, pets are not allowed and if you are going to take photos for a wedding, you need to obtain a permit from Hamilton Twp.

This is the brick walkway leading to the rest of the gardens, depending on the season, it is flanked by perenials.

Frederick Sayen Built his home in 1912 with his wife, Anne Mellon Sayen of the Philadelphia Mellon Family. The home is open to the public on Mothers Day and also available for rental for receptions and other events.

The Sayen House is built in a "Bungalow" Style in reflection of the Arts and Crafts Movement that swept the country in the early 1900'a.

This is one of the Gardens to the rear of the house.

Here is the interior Gazebo, another site for weddings and wedding photographs, a quiet place to visit and enjoy the quiet views and flowers.

Fountain inside of the Court Yard by the Gazebo.
There is a large pond in the middle of the garden with a fountain and water flowers on it.

I hope you enjoyed your visit to Sayen Gardens, for more information and photos, visit it on line. It is such a beautiful place, every photo taken of Sayen Gardens will show a different perspective or season of the year. To truly appreciate the gardens, if you are in the area, stop and smell the flowers.

Hamilton Twp.'s Veterans Park is located centrally in Hamilton Twp., next to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital.

The park consists of 333 acres and was built in 1977 in honor of our war veterans.
There are miles of walking paths, picnic areas and rest stops and athletic fields, along with a wonderful play area [many hours were spent there with my children when they were young]

The north side of the park features a large tennis complex, soccer and softball fields.
Veterans Park hosts the annual September fest, which draws 100,000 people for old-fashioned family fun.
There are also holiday fireworks displays and concerts along with a Civil War Reenactment complete with encampments following the Civil War era.
Veterans Park is opened year round and is a great place to walk, run, roller blade and get pent up energy out of the kids and/or dog.
There are several developments surrounding the park and within walking distance ncluding: Abbot Commons, Society Hill I and II, Grandview Arms, Briarwood, Evergreen, Briar Mannor.

You've been reading negative stories about the housing market, and while some are experiencing a slowdown, it's still no reason to keep you from pursuing the American Dream.
Anyone who's watched the industry for the last thirty years will tell you that it's a natural cycle, much like the adjustments the stock market experiences. All's well that ends well after a period of time passes.
Remember that housing is a long-term investment. Some people tried to create high yields over the short term, and that's part of the reason so many markets are experiencing readjustments now.
Regardless of whether housing is up or down, individuals and families will always have a need to buy or sell. Home sales last year actually surpassed those of five years ago, which was another record year. Interest rates and prices are at historical lows, creating an excellent atmosphere for qualified buyers.
When reading the gloom and doom about foreclosures, it's important to keep the reports in perspective. Most defaults are associated with sub-prime loans, which account for less than 10% of all mortgages. Of those, only 0.6% are currently in foreclosure.
Now is the time to turn to the advice and guidance of a trusted local real estate professional, whether you're buying or selling. Keep a level head and take advantage of positive forces in the current housing market.

RISMedia Power Broker Report and Survey
Every year, RISMedia and REAL Trends release two of the real estate's most comprehensive surveys: the RISMedia Power Broker Report and the REAL Trends 500. Both surveys rank the largest residential real estate brokerages in the U.S. based on both transaction sides and sales-dollar volume, and these reports are frequently used as referral tools and are referenced by thousands. This year, Keller Williams stormed onto the lists with a very strong showing.
KW offices dominated the Power Broker Report - with more offices listed in their top 700 list than any other franchise brand. The survey also named Keller Williams Realty as the industry leader in terms of number of agent teams. And, 102 KW offices were listed in the Companies to Watch section - making up 55% of the total list!
As for the Trends 500, which lists the top 500 brokerages in the nation, Keller Williams Realty had the second highest amount of offices listed both transaction sides and sales volume, among the top franchise brands.
To find out more about these lists, visit RISMedia's Website or REAL Trends' site.http://www.kw.com/kw/content/newspages/kwnews5192008.jsp#LeadStory
