Buying a Haworth, NJ home

If you've ever wanted to live in New Jersey, buying a Haworth, NJ home is a great idea.

Located in Bergen County, Haworth, incorporated in 1904, is a 2.4 square mile town. If the small town feel is something you crave, buying a Haworth, NJ home may be something you should consider. Haworth was originally a farming community built upon roots originating from the pre-revolutionary war period, but the community has evolved into it's current residential suburb.

Buying a Haworth, NJ home isn't just about the beautiful homes there are to offer, or the supportive school system, or the close proximity to New York City. Buying a Haworth, NJ home is about the variety of styles and experiences that are offered to appeal to anyone and everyone.

The town has two different 18-hole golf courses; one at White Beaches and one at the private Haworth County Club. Both of the golf courses have played host to U.S. Open Sectional Qualifiers.

Buying a Haworth, NJ home is beneficial in many ways, particularly in the department of community involvement and representation. The neighborhood always has different events going on, whether it happens to be Haworth Day where one can represent the town they love so much, or simply community involvement such as programs to support recycling and the preservation of the area.

The borough of Haworth is well known by many for it's beauty and simple pleasures. Buying a Haworth, NJ home also offers a wide variety of activities to participate in, such as taking a drive out to Van Saun County Park which is a little under 5.5 miles away from Haworth. This park is known for it's wide variety of features, such as the nationally accredited Bergen County Zoological Park as well as it's train, carousel and pony rides.
