Hillsdale New Jersey saw Five homes closing in the popular town as the Summer ends and Fall weather approaches and the children return to school.
The list to sale price differential hovered around the 90% mark.
The price differential is almost exactly the same as the previous month. The 90% range differential along with the average days on the market at 91 indicates that the Pascack Valley area market continues to hold it's own.
