Had an easy day today, only three appointments...
Started out by going to 225 Grand Jersey City, NJ 07302 with my clients, very nice couple with a 3 week old, the building was great as usual. I was scolded by the marketing director there--AGAIN! Turns out I can't use my interior shots, so I had to remove all of my ads for the building. It's really frustrating, but I have to do what is right for the company.

Ok, so then we were off to Portside Towers Jersey City, NJ 07302. We saw the only 1002 sq ft single bedroom with 1.5 baths and a balcony, really nice space, but my clients definitely needed two bedrooms, great space though, I hope I can find someone else for it during th week.

Our next building was Liberty Towers, we looked at a 2 bedroom apartment with just over 1000 sq ft, very nice space, it looked Northwest towards Jersey City, good space though...

I met another guy who called for 142-144 Steuben St Jersey City, NJ 07302, we looked at apartment #704, #701, and #901, remember apartment #304 wil be available on 6-30-2010.

I had a really clever ad at least I thought so, but I had to pull down what I put up. Man, oh man, I wish you could see it. Perhaps in the future when I have been released by the DBB Realty Group for getting too much trouble!

Ok, now I'm working in Jersey City, NJ. I'm still working in NYC also, I will be doing rentals on both sides of the river, in New York City and New Jersy! How many Realtors can offer that service? I believe only a handful. I am still amazed at the difference in prices, obviously the old adage the three most important thing in Real Estate does hold true--Location, Location, Location. Obviously one would pay top dollar to be in NYC for a similar apartment, but is Jersey City that terrible?
The Grove St Station where you get BOTH lines of the Path runs right up the block from our office. There are two locations 50 Columbus and Grove Pointe which are literally 42 seconds from the platform (I timed it), and voila you're in Manhattan DIRECT no switching trains!
Call me to find out about an undiscovered gem so close to NYC but not in NYC!
