During the month of January 2008 there were 18 newly marketed properties in Kinnelon Boro., NJ. The average asking price is $754,144.00 with the lowest priced home at $329,900.00 and the highest at $1,150,000.00. As you can see this area has homes in every price range from first time buyers to move up buyers.

Five properties went under contract with an average asking price of $637,200.00 and were on the market for an average of 140 days.
