This place is huge! Several greenhouses that currently house "annuals", together with perennials and shrubery outside.

• Monthly Payment: The general rule-of-thumb states that your monthly mortgage payment on your Central New Jersey home should be no more than about 28 percent of your gross monthly income. If, for example, you earned $60,000 per year, the maximum amount you could afford to pay each month is $1,400. The formula for figuring out your maximum monthly payment is: your annual gross salary x .28 = the total dollar amount you should spend on your mortgage each year. • Down Payment: Your down payment is the amount you need to save in addition to your six-month emergency fund. Generally, your down payment should be at least 20 percent of the purchase amount of your Central New Jersey home.
