Increase The Value of Your Morristown NJ Home At Minimal Cost

You only get one chance to make a good first impression. Wow those Morristown buyers right from the start with the appeal of your home. Here are a few easy tips.

  1. Focus On Curb Appeal! If your home is for sale, clean up the front of the home to include the lawn and driveway areas. Put away hoses, garbage cans and any other messy things. Plant some shrubs or colorful flowers and throw a few potted flowers on the side of the front steps.
  2. Everyone Loves a Nice Kitchen! Update the look with new cabinet door handles, new lighting fixtures, and replace your kitchen faucet.
  3. Step Up Your Storage! Unclutter your closets and install closet organizers to help them look bigger. If you have clothes that you wore when you were in college and your kids are in college, you can probably get rid of them or donate them to your favorite charity!
  4. Look Underfoot! New carpet can quickly update a home and make it look cleaner and brighter. Its usually best to choose a neutral color.

Morristown NJ Restaurants

Susan Zanzonico - Sellers/Buyers Agent Short Hills NJ Real Estate: Real Estate Sales Person in Morristown, NJ

For those who know me, they know how fussy I am about everything, I mean everything! This extends to all areas and today I'm referring to restaurants and food. One of my friends jokes with me and says that there are probably only 3 or 4 restaurants in all of New Jersey that I will even go to for a meal. Maybe this is true, I don't know. What I do know is that we can add a new one to the list - Sirin, located in Morristown NJ.

I am usually not a big Thai food person, but thought I'd give this a try with a freind who was in town from California. It was great!!! The food was excellent, the atmosphere is cozy and charming and you can bring your own bottle of wine. Give it a try if you get a chance. Morristown has lots of great places to eat along with the other towns aong the Mid-town Direct train line. I'm working on trying them all!!
