THIS PROGRAM WILL BE SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETED! See you there! Background: Olympia's Daughters is a women's a cappella choir that builds bridges between communities and cultures. Through song, they challenge attitudes, foster healing, share their hearts, spirits and joyful love of music. They perform all along the East Coast. Their name is inspired by Olympia Brown, the first female ordained by a national denomination - the Universalists. She was also a leading suffragist, a mother, and a business woman.

I go for a run or a walk several times a week and I go by this home in Morristown NJ on a regular basis and the Wisterias that frame the outside are quite breathtaking this time of year. I thought I'd share these pictures.

For those who know me, they know how fussy I am about everything, I mean everything! This extends to all areas and today I'm referring to restaurants and food. One of my friends jokes with me and says that there are probably only 3 or 4 restaurants in all of New Jersey that I will even go to for a meal. Maybe this is true, I don't know. What I do know is that we can add a new one to the list - Sirin, located in Morristown NJ.

I am usually not a big Thai food person, but thought I'd give this a try with a freind who was in town from California. It was great!!! The food was excellent, the atmosphere is cozy and charming and you can bring your own bottle of wine. Give it a try if you get a chance. Morristown has lots of great places to eat along with the other towns aong the Mid-town Direct train line. I'm working on trying them all!!
