The average sold price as a percentage of original list being 86%.
The average days on market was 67 days. This is the # of days from the original listing date until a home is reported under contract.
10 homes were listed during December. The total # of Current Active New Milford NJ homes for sale is 66. I've tracked a 22% drop in the active inventory level since mid-October. This could be somewhat due to a "seasonal" market, but it's certainly worth noting.
It also supports my opinion that listing a home for sale in the winter months is a plus for sellers due to less competition for serious buyers!
