During the month of February 2008there were seven newly marketed properties listed in the Borough of Ogdensburg with an average asking price of $314,600.00. The lowest priced property is a Colonial with three bedrooms and they are asking $225,000.00. the highest priced property is also a Colonial with 4 bedrooms and they are asking $519,900.00.

One property was reported as under contract with an asking price of $239,900.00 and this property has been on the market for 133 days.

Two properties withdrew from the market with an average asking price of $254,950.00 and they had been on the market for a total of 181 Days each.

Five properties had expired with an average price range of $313,820.00 and they were on the market for an average of 189 days.

THE LOWEST PRICED PROPERTY IS A RANCH STYLE HOME WITH 6 ROOMS AND 3 BEDROOMS WITH 1 BATH AND IS A STEAL OF A DEAL AND WON'T LAST LONG. WANT TO SEE IT CALL ME!!
