Earlier this week, I ran numbers for the market absorption rate (inventory) and we hit 36 months worth in Phillipsburg! Now just a couple houses going Under Contract can great reduce this huge number...
I have 3 wonderful listings at the moment in town. Two of them are in the coveted Pursel Hill section.

First lien holder is already “on board” and promises me a response within 48 hours for the contract on this Pursel Hill Colonial home for sale. In what looks to be great condition, this 3 bedroom, 1 ½ bathroom single family residence has been updated. Cabinets in the eat-in kitchen are just lovely; it has a dishwasher. This duplex closed on August 22, sale price was $116,000.
Am very excited to be marketing 360 - 362 Thomas Street in the coveted Pursel Hill section of Phillipsburg NJ 08865.
