The average sold price as a percentage of original list being 90%.
The average days on market was 66 days. This is the # of days from the original listing date until a home is reported under contract.
6 new listings were posted during December. The total # of currently active Ridgefiled Park homes for sale is 45.
There's been a 24% drop in the active inventory level in Ridgefield Park since the end of September. This could be somewhat due to a "seasonal" market, but it's certainly worth noting.
It also supports my opinion that listing a home for sale in the winter months is a plus for sellers due to less competition for serious buyers for their homes!
