The popularity of this town is still going strong as ever. The average Sold price was $563,944 (up from last month) for the upscale town of River Vale NJ. The homes that sold was a 3 Bedroom Ranch that sold for $389,000 and a 4 Bedroom Split Level that sold for $582,000.
River Vale NJ is amongst the 8 Pascack Valley towns of Bergen County New Jersey and it's lush park-like character has prompted it to be known as the "Garden Spot" of the Pascack Valley.
