AREA MARKET REPORT FOR ROXBURY TWP., NJ JANUARY 2008
During the month of January 2008 there were 35 newly marketed properties with an average asking price of $462,069.00. the lowest priced property is a town-house with an asking price of $254,900.00. The highest priced property is a Colonial with an asking price of $1,200,000.00.
Eight properties went under contract with an average asking price of $353,762.00 and had been on the market for 129 days.
Thirteen properties transfered title with an average asking price of $413,702.00 and an actual SOLD Price average of $399,000.00 these properties average time on the market was 83 days.
Thirteen properties withdrew from the market with an average asking price of $416,938.00 and they were on the market for an average of 139 days.
Fourteen properties expired from the market with an average asking price of $361,321.00 and they were on the market for 177 days on average.
