Many people shop the market for months and look for the best deal....bank owned and short sales are not all peaches and cream. So the person who made the accepted offer on this home got everything they wanted and the sellers were very easy going. The transaction is going nice and smooth ,a far cry from what you hear and read about. Great right!!!yes, except for the fact that these people spent the better part of a year looking for that sweet deal 2 contracts and homes later they make a nice deal with a nice seller but until then it was wasted time and money between attorneys and home inspections not to mention the stress that people take on when trying to make logic come out of a seller who has not paid their mortgage for 2 years...manythose people have already given up and they pass on their misfortune to you....sometimes you have to analyze these things and after selling real estate in this market.....your Realtor could kill you or let you start that new life you were originally looking for....don't just work with any buyers agent....unless you are a glutton for punishment.I was not their buyers agent ;I was the Sellers agent however if they did not have an agent that understood their needs and who really cared about them the may have never bought a home.(Period) so big up to Victoria(Buyers agent) for selling my home and help make the industry what it could and should be!!!

Toms River Neighborhood web site

Anthony Barone: Real Estate Brokerage in Lavallette, NJ

I started a neighborhood website a few years back and have not had a major response from it. I have done mailings to promote it but that is the only time I have seen a good hit count on it. If anyone would like to check it out the address is www.mywestdover.com Let me know what you think and if there is anything you might suggest to make it more succesful. There is also an oppurtunity to advertise on the site for a service you may provide like catering, babysitting etc. etc.
