This indicates that homes are both being priced to sell and selling within 9% of their asking price. The popularity of this town is still strong although the overall market prices are down. Keeping in mind the number of homes to close this month verses last month was down and the average Sold price was down substantially from last month as well with the average sale price being $373,125 for the Hub of the Pascack Valley town of Westwood New Jersey.
