Ventana Ranch west is a popular neighborhood in Northwest Albuquerque located directly west of Ventana Ranch. Ventana Ranch is a quiet neighborhood known for a nice sense of community, low crime and popular schools.

The same can be said for Ventana Ranch West.

Ventana Vista is the gated neighborhood that was built by Pulte Homes in 2004-2007. The homes in Ventana Vista are larger with a large number of homes have brick and stone on the front. There are some incredible view lots in the neighborhood from the houses along Avenida Vista Ventana.

Ventana Al Sol is another Pulte Homes subdivision located further west. The homes are larger yet somewhat more affordable. There is a large park by the entrance to the neighborhood.

Western Shadows and Western Ridge are great neighborhoods too with a large variety of Pulte floorplans. The homes in these neighborhoods came with a lot of upgraded standard features.

There are also some great neighborhoods by Dr Horton located in Ventana Ranch West.

Dr Horton also built in Ventana Ranch West. Dr Horton always has great floorplans to offer at a slightly better price the Pulte. The homes at Ventana Ridge, Ventana Mesa and the Highlands are large homes that were built from 2005-2008 approximately.

Ventana Ranch West Schools
