I have a great Home for Sale in Dell Webb's Alegria in Bernalillo NM. I'll be doing an Open House at this incredible Bosque View House on Saturday April 10th from 1 to 4pm.

1024 Prairie Zinnia is a beautiful home in an absolutely stunning setting on the banks of the Rio Grande. There are awesome views of the bosque and the Sandia mountains from the back yard of 1024 Prairie Zinnia and from the inside too.

Look at the views from the Master Bedroom. The master is large enough to fit two queen beds comfortably.

The views of the bosque are great from the living room too.

The views will look much nicer in a week or two because spring is here in Bernalillo. There are not many views lots left at Del Webb's Alegria. I've heard they have charged up to $55,000 for the view lots.

The floorplan of 1024 Prairie Zinnia is the Loretto plan. The Loretto floor plan has 2235 square feet and is currently priced at $272,990 by Del Webb, Add to that the $15,000 upgrades in 1024 Prairie Zinnia and the lot upgrade and you'll see this house is priced right! In fact, T $335,00O it's priced for less then the seller paid and it's still in immaculAte condition.

Here's a shot of the Rio Grande River Bosque taken from the backyard of my listing at 1024 Prairie Zinnia in Bernalillo New Mexico. 1024 Prairie Zinnia is located in Alegria, Bernalillo's 55 and older Active Adult Community.

Those are the Sandia Mountains in the background. In late afternoon, the Sandias to the east catch the rays of the setting sun in the west and reflect them which creates a special color of reddish-orange. You'd have to see to understand.

It sure is beautiful in Alegria, isn't it?!?
