A poem as requested by Active Rain Members

So now that we have bought our new house

We don't feel like a louse

With all the rent over the years

Landlords take your money and just don't care

The garden is growing and the fence is mended

We are right on track as we intended

With the remodeling of the master bath

With a tub with feet and made of cast

It looks great but can't figure out

How to get a shower curtain to go around

We looked and looked and did decide

Now the "Big Box" store we'll go inside

We found what we wanted and went back home

I installed the curtain, a problem no more

Now I want to tile the floor

Something that all would adore

Now back to the "Big Box" one more time

Installed the tiles, man do they shine

Now my "Honey do list" is getting longer

But she needs to get cooking, I'm feeling hunger

No Rain, we need help.

It's been over six months since we have had any rain here in Eddy county New Mexico.

It's bone dry. We need rain, badly.

Every time we get a chance for some rain it always skirts around us. It's like we have the "plague".

If there is any "rain dancers out there" we need you to come to Carlsbad and help us out.

I will even through in dinner.

No I really mean it.
