About Nye County, NV

After our visit to Area 51 we drove through Tonopah Nevada and I captured the Antiques in town.

We have been through Tonopah many different times but we usually just drive through. As we stopped for a break I was able to catch some photographs of items dating back many years.

Just south of Tonopah is Goldfield Nevada which is suppose to have one of the most haunted Hotels in the United States, the Goldfield Hotel.

We drove through there when it was dark and my wife didn't want to get out and help me take photographs.

So until I can photograph Goldfield, enjoy these pics from Tonopah Nevada.

Tonopah Nevada is approx 4 hours north of Las Vegas Nevada.

I have joined Avaliable Properties in Pahrump. With this economy I thought it may be best to move from Re/Max with the monthly desk fees to an office with no desk fees. My new broker handles rentals and leases on a regular basis so perhaps my clients can use these options.

Boy how about all of the news about the bail-outs. Surely in this great country we should be able to handle this self imposed crisis. Do people really think that the government will help help the consumers or the major companies. MMMMMMMMMM I believe the Senators back the lobbists clients that helped elect them not the public. So a quote I heard from a news caster on Channel 3 in Las Vegas was "The American public needs to learn the pharse YOYO ( you're on your own)." She thought this was so funny. Our tax dollars at work in the government nice real nice! I'm so glad I have always believed in the American way otherwise I might think that it is now to "Dream the impossible Dream."

Suddenly that crazy person (some PEOPLE used that in a recent election) Al Gore is considered to be correct. Global warming really does exsist. That is really surprising because that was supposed to be his "Scare tactic" to get Americans to vote. So now several Polar Ice caps melted, enormous hurricans, tsunami's and lost rain forests those same people are still not agreeing with him but it is now said we need more Green Energy. Their way to fix it is grow more corn. Won't that cause food prices to increase, corn based food for dog, cat, cow, pork, turkeys, chickens, humans and now fuel? MMMMMMM is there enough vacant furtile soil for more corn fields? I know we can cut down our forests because those have nothing to do with global warming. GET A CLUE remember Newtons law "For every action there IS an equal and opposite reaction." I forgot the economy is stable and there is nothing wrong with the job market. Its all in our heads remember that as we stand in the food lines later in the year.
