Anthem Country Club Homes in Henderson NV - A Few Repos are Available

Designed as a decompression-zone - the soothing waterfalls that grace eaither side of Anthem Parkway, truly welcome you home. Loacted a quick 1/2 hour off the strip - Anthem Country Club is a Guard Gated enclave of affordable homes, semi-customs and customs. Located in zipcode 89052, this area has seen a slight price decline of about 6.9% based upon a year to year analysis from 2007-2008. Not bad for what the press calls the"foreclosure pit" of America.
I researched the foreclosure homes in Anthem Country Club this morning and came across a few select home & that is it! There is no vast amount of foreclosures here, which is why the prices have not tanked as in some other area. But with the banks being ever so aggressive - I even found a deal in the mid $ 300k range.
