Prices in Henderson NV's Lake Las Vegas Resort have plummeted and the real estate market has some really well priced foreclosures. I did a quick MLS search to see what new and reduced priced foreclosure listings have hit the market and have found some tremendous foreclosures in the luxury condo community of "V", the guard gated SOUTH SHORE condo community of Mantova as well as some Lake Las Vegas home foreclosures.

One in particular stands out. THE STARK TEAM just sold the home at 15 Avenida Fiore - which is a SOUTH SHORE single story detached home community. The home we sold was previously purchased at over $800k & our buyer paid under $365k!! There are a number of other bank owned foreclosures in Lake Las Vegas in the luxury community of Porticello.

I am curious as to how the auction went in Lake Las Vegas this very aggressively priced foreclosure deals at "V" and some slashed price condos at Vita Bella. I wonder how those prices stack up compared to the foreclosure pricing. And I wonder if the fact that the masterplan is in bankuptcy was disclosed to all potential buyers.

What is concerning to me is that the the monthly HOA Lake Las Vegas masterplan dues are $87/month and given the dismal state of affairs, how high are they projected to rise? Buyers need to research the facts and buy with their eyes wide open!
