We are starting the process with a new client who is interested in a Lake Village townhome. We thought you might appreciate seeing some of our development process with him.

The first thing we did today was update Lake Village in our statistics section, here.

We also gave him the link to the Douglas County assessors website, here.

Then we gave him bullet point thoughts on some of the townhomes listed in Lake Village right now. Here is that exactly:

• First thought is 174 Tahoma is best deal in Lake Village right now.
  

– Is a short sale and am unsure as to true status. Am checking on that now.
– Know this one very well, and have seen it go through sales cycles for 7 yrs.
– Last sale was $405,000, March,2004
