Inventory has fallen since last report (-270 units), Pendings have risen (+9) units Closing data is DOWN at -541 units. Low interest rates have spurred a flurry of buyer interest & activity this December and it continues.
REO sales accounted for 72% of all Las Vegas Area Valley resale closings in August 2009. REO listings account for only 22% of total resale listings.
Multiple offers are streaming in as banks continue to lower to fire and auction sale prices.

No homes were sold in Breamoor Heights, a gated neighborhood in the Summerlin master plan in Las Vegas, NV during the 4th quarter of 2007. Even so, 2007 activity was up 29%, with nine homes sold in 2007, compared to seven homes in 2006.
Just two homes are currently listed for sale, indicating a solid seller's market. Breamoor Heights consists of 120 one-story homes from 2,414 to over 3,100 square feet, built from 1998 to 2000. Lot sizes range from 8,961 square feet up to 1/4 acre and more, and homes generally sell from the low 500's to the high 600's.
